Our Suppliers
We are lucky to have such brilliant suppliers on our doorstep in Co. Clare and Ireland as an Island. Having spent the past nine years searching out and building relationships with them giving us the best of what is on offer when in season.
We will always try to support local where possible such as local growers with regenerative growing, farmers farming the rocky Burren to local fisherman risking everything to bring us the freshest fish and shellfish.
